Where is Transcendence?!

Is it a common problem that people are finding Transcendence (the noose) so rarely? Or am I just losing the plot?
I've played over 200 hours of Rebirth, so I would've killed Mom 3 times within the first couple hours, meaning it would've been unlocked for a LOOONG time, but I've literally never seen it. My only 2 items left to pick up in the game are Transcendence and Mega Blast.. Two extremely different items in quality value..
Is anyone else with me with this issue?

Its a rare item found in secret rooms in case you're unaware.

I had a similiar issue with raw liver in pre afterbirth.

Yeahh I'm aware of where it is, it just never shows up man. I even just had a dedicated hour-long run with Isaac and the D6 going to all the secret rooms and getting batteries and sharp plug and everything and nothing. Plenty of other items, even some of the best in the game, but the noose, nope

Play as Isaac, and use your starting bomb to blow a wall in your spawn room. If it isn't there, reset. If you find a secret room with an item you already have, reroll it into another secret room item. That's how I got it

I guess that's probably the best way, but it's extremely conditional and I can imagine it taking forever, even that way

Just do normal runs with Isaac and remember to :

- Check every single secret room as long as you can afford bombs.
- Keep every coin you have in order to buy Blue Map, Sharp Plug, Habit Martyr etc...
- Keep every Tarot card you can use in order to make items spawns in the secret rooms (aka Judgement, Temperance, Suicide King & sometimes Wheel of Fortune)

Or do normal runs as the Keeper just aim toward getting Restock. Then you just need to generate infinite money. (aka Swallowed Penny so remember to break every pot in your way but Midas Touch or Car Battery + Habit Martyr would usually do the trick)

For Mega Blast, just start runs as Eden if you can afford the tokens. There's like 90 space bar items and Mega Blast is as likely as any other to show up as your starting item so you'll end up having it after an average of 45 resets.

Transcendence is super rare. It'll take a while before you find it.

I have played 450 hours and NEVER found it.

You can also start as Eden until you start with the noose.

Sad to hear people are still having trouble with this I posted this a long time ago and I 100%ed the game back then, until Edmund added a subset of new achievements that are tedious to get (like pick up blood clot 50 times, etc).

it is 10. they were probably being over dramatic
