Temperance and the Lost
Apparently, spawning a blood donation machine via Temperance can spawn the machine on top of you. I tested it, large room, plenty of space, did not move an inch. Killed me instantly as I was playing the Lost. This has happened twice now on phenomenal runs and needless to say I'm a little pissed off.

I was going to blow it up for extra consumables. I had a 2nd level Bumbo and wanted to give him some coins.
