Blank Rune Unlock Bug?

I was checking the Wiki to see the unlocks after completing challenges. As Wiki says Blank Rune is unlocked by completing last "The Guardian" challenge. I haven't done that yet but I sure have found Blank Rune ingame. Is this some sort of bug or is Wiki wrong?

If you found it in a Daily run, there is no problem as everyone plays on a 1001% file on Daily runs.

Nope, I've found it on normal unseeded runs, on Greed Mode as well as Hard mode

ther a bug with the chalnges wher it says it unlock the blank roon but it actualy unlock kiddny stone and the same goes for the chalenge wich says you got kiddny stone actualy unlocking the blank roon

Yea that seems to be true. I've completed "Onan's Streak" but haven't seen kidney stone once. Thx for the answer

I had that too before I got 1001%. I'm guessing it's a bug, but I'm thinking it's good as first time I used it it was jera on the first room in the chest (don't remember why I saved it) then it dropped another one, which used ansuz, but it was curse of the lost so it didn't matter. I haven't found it after I beat guardian, or as I call it, suicidal ret.ard protection. I'm guessing blank runes dropping an extra blank rune sometimes is also a bug?
