Onan's Streak as well but I'd say you're less likely to win it as fast. I had Death's Touch on mine which helped a lot, if it hits the floor/wall after hitting an enemy it didn't damage me. Polyphemus probably works the same way.
Haven't really tried Speed out yet though because I know that's the most luck-based one of them all.
The guardian is easy imho, just have 6 Health by it lives and you can just cheese it lives.
Onan streak is more of a time consuming process, especially with scolax, but doable.
My "strategy" (in other words failing over and over until it happened) was to get either Blank Card with The Hierophant or Placebo with Balls of Steel. This combo worked very well to keep me alive in the harder challenges.
Speed on the other hand... Well, good luck. Just beat your head at it until you get a good combination of items. Run for the item room, run for the boss, grab any good devil deals along the way and hope you get Ludo+Brimstone or something crazy like that.
Edit: On Onan's Streak, just be very very careful not to grab items that change your tear to like piercing or splash damage or such, like Cricket's Body. Even if the main tear hits the enemy the splash tear will count and hit you if it doesn't hit anything. Same goes for 20/20, Triple Shot or Quad Shot. Don't grab it, you'll be sorry if you're in a decent run and think "Oh boy!" which is exactly what you usually do when you see those items.
I though I could use Passage Rune to skip Mom's Heart and maybe get an instant win. Instead I ended up in Sheol. Died in the first room.
My fault I suppose for not checking to see if that worked. XP
