Worst item synergies?

I played Isaac a bit and now I see, that some items synergise well, do not synergise or synergise so badly. My worst item combination was on one of my last runs, where I got Ipecac on one of the first floors. I was so happy until I found Rubber Cement. Because Ipecac can hurt you, plus those shots bounce off walls and rocks, I died really quickly. This is the worst synergy I've found. What are your worst synergies? I know there are worse, but I haven't found any worse than that.

I wouldn't name that 'bad synergy'. You shoot lots of knives, which is very good (for me). I have never got that synergy, but I saw that on YT and I saw it's amazing.

I wish we had the ability to make our own challenges sort of, set up items you start with, because I would for sure make one of that.

There is a Afterbirth Custom Challenge Run creator, where you can force the player to start as a certain character, be blindfolded, start with any trinket/pill/rune/card, and any item or spacebar item, the ability to make the player start with custom amounts of HP, consumables, and the ability to ban items for that run. It's good because the knifes don't do much damage, but instead hit VERY frequently, which makes them very effective. The Brimstone-Mom's Knife knives on the other hand, don;t end up doing much damage because they don't hit much, and so deal a low net of damage. But it isn't a bad synergy because it doesn't remove or detriment anything, it just adds something semi-useless.

Does Soy Milk have any practical use? In my experience, it's only ever made things worse. I avoid it like the plague.

Soy milk + rubber cement is amazing , particularly if you can get the range up. It quickly fills the entire room with ricocheting BBs.

yeah by like 5 15%, not wnough to actually be noticable, i never pickk the tic beacuse of its jus ♥♥♥♥♥♥ compared to others

Had a run with Anti-Grav tears, Tiny Planet and Tractor Beam and Kidney Stone. ♥♥♥♥ that run so much. At least 99 glitter sad bombs made the run completable.

Moms knife in general, it ruins all OP runs because it rids you of insane lasers or room sized tears and replaces it with a knife. A ♥♥♥♥♥♥ BUTTER KNIFE

You literally can't shoot unless you walk backwards, but when you have around 15-20 luck kidney stone will fug it up even more.

Pupula Duplex + Rubber Cement + Tiny Planet makes your tears get stuck on walls. Quite a good synergy without Tiny Planet though, I made the mistake of picking it up in the chest and I died because I couldn't hit anything :(

Impecac + My Reflection

Another great combo would be something, that would do great damage, but has an abyssmal tear delay, something like Polyphemus + Eve's Mascara + Monstro's Lung
