Which item replaces your cards?

Being close to 1001%, all I need to find is some items. I've been trying to get blank card + coin card, which takes a while to find. However, after doing so, and buying items in greed mode, there is an item that replaces my cards with other cards, after which... it is kinda ruined. Twice now, I was happily getting all items and then bam, my card was gone and I suddenly had the sun card or something worse.

Wouldn't bag with pills replace it with pills? Instead I just have different cards. Or maybe the card one does that? if so, wouldn't it throw the cards you have on the ground instead of removing them?

Apperently bag of pills also despawn all cards on the floor and prevent them to appear in later floors as well. But the deck of cards (the item that give you extra room for another card) also do the same thing, but to pills instead.
