Okay so I have a few items missing on my menu list, so I checked it out online to see what I should keep an eye out for. Every single one of them I have already picked up, in the main game greed mode and daily challenges. Some of them multiple times.

Is the item list bugged or something?

It won't count as picked up if you do it in the daily challenge or seeded run

From what I know there are many ways to obtain items without them showing up (and I also think they are not considered obtained til they show up there). Daily runs, seeds, rerolls are one of them. I myself am just as confused as you are because I've had items which, according to the achievements, I haven't unlocked yet. But eh

I have gotten them outside of dailys though and I dont play seeds generally.

Unless you mean re-rolling with the d6 as well there because I should have several I dont have.

Though I gotta say its kind of a ♥♥♥♥♥ they dont count from dailies because some of these basically never show up outside of those.
