Ways to find Mega Blast fast?

All I need to do to join the 1001% club is to find Mega Blast, any tips on how to obtain it fast? I've been trying to play as Isaac and reroll 2nd floor devil deal over and over, but its real tedious and isn't working so far.

The only thing i can think of right now is to break the game in some way.

For example, restart Greed Mode, until the 1st floor shop has Blank Card, continue to farm money for it and farm cards in the later shops, until you get "2 of Diamonds".

Now find/reroll a shop with a battery while having at least 11 coins = infinite money and since the Greed Mode shops (or any other shop really) start drawing from other item pools, once theirs exhausted, you'll get Mega Blast eventually.

I've had blank card + diamond atleast 5+ times, didn't know it started draining from other item pools like that. I'll give it a go, thanks for the advice!

Or maybe i'm wrong and it only draws from the Treasure Room pool and then "Breakfasts" only.

I probably picked up "Chaos", when i broke Greed Mode, when i started to get Devil Room items but since you'll always get that, it shouldn't matter.

If you think about it the active item pool is much smaller than passives, from what I've heard restarting with Eden is probably gonna be the fastest way

I didnt really want to grind restarts to get it so i just played greed mode, always took 1st devil deal even if it wasnt mega blast and that guarenteed devil deals all the way through, and being in greed mode of course that isnt even affected by any damage taken. You can always try and get judgement cards and similar things to get extra items in the devil room to give you other items to reroll.
Other than that though id say blank card, 2 of diamonds and picking up chaos, in greed mode shop, would be the best 'breaking' option

Do Greed Mode with Isaac: if you get a "The Battery" then play greed mode; you'll get to devil rooms and you'll be able to reroll everything twice

Keep playing greed mode. Eventually you'll find one in the devil room.

If you have a chance to break the game then do it, but don't prioritize it. Just keep playing normally should be enough.

To break greed mode:

Get infinite money with Blank Card + 2 of Diamonds + shop that sells batteries.

Get infinite reroll with Cracked Dice + Habit + Blank Card + a restorative card (The Sun, 2 of Hearts, or something else), keep hurting yourself with the fire in the devil room. Make sure you have enough heart containers though.
(Since there is no Goat Head to help force the door open you'll have to get everything before going in.)
