Most OP build?

I would just like to point out... Dr. Fetus + Sad Bombs + Proptosis = awesome
I can only assume that if I had gotten Brimstone it would have been amazing.

Not per se OP but I just love it when you have glitter bomb, dr fetus and a tonload of bomb increasing stuff, like quad shot, that parasite item, scatter bomb. One single shot and the entire room is filled with stuff. That's how I destroyed mega satan just now. The amount of pick ups on the field was insane. I was afraid the game would crash. I had no idea what was going on. Where the enemies were, only pick ups everywhere. I got hit constantly but that was okay because there were so many hearts

I never pick up more than 3 bomb items when i have dr. fetus or Megs fetus, because my computer can't handle it.

Haha I'm glad mine did. I kept postponing getting everything with eden because I thought I wouldn't have enough tokens. Quite glad that my third try allowed me to do boss rush and mega satan in one run. Only the hush remains

well i hope you can complete that. I have completed everything with everyone except for Eden on hard mode ( yes even lost and keeper) can't be bothered to do eden either

Here is something OP, Dr. Fetus, Ipecac, Sad Bombs, Scatter Bombs, and DMG up items, can take out bosses in one hit and you might die from it though! XD

deaths touch + monstros lung + chocolate milk + toxic aura tears + parasite (splits tears) + crickets body (also splits tears) + ojumi board or what ever that item was called that gives spectral tears.

scythes that go through everything and split to millions more when they hit walls/floor.

every time i shot i almost crashed my game (fps dropped to about 5) and it took less than 10 seconds to take down lamb. apart from few rooms in dark room all were cleared with one shot. (monstro got lucky jumping just the right moment to dodge)

first main parts are: epic fetus + monstros lung + rubber cement + brimstone

second has way too many items. i broke the game (here: https://youtu.be/Fciqlzt1t-M ) then used dice shards (d20 and d6 ) to get pretty much every single item in the game. after while i could only find breakfast which means i have exhausted item pool
