Most OP build?

leave a comment what build you think is the best, i have one that i've acually gotten, it was guppy's head, 9 volt, hive mind, i killed isaac in uder 5 seconds :D

Most op build I had was every item in the game at the same time. You don't know power until you freeze the game by taking one shkt. And again I think you are thinking of Hive Mind not BFF, BFF doesn't make flies any stronger

Yeah, sorry it was hive mind, and jeez every item in the game? How did you pull off that?

There is a lot of ways to do it but I did it by using D7 before they nerfed it in the Chest. You used to be able to use it by charging it only once and I kept repeating rooms on the chest until a bunch of items spawned. Luckily I already had Chaos so I was able to get every item in the game (that I had unlocked at the time) by killing bosses over and over. By the end I had unlimited batteries and D6 also so I went through every item pool. My greed was my own downfall though because when I went to actually shoot after picking up the last few my game froze because there was too much effects happening at the same time. I even did it all again just to see if I could get a couple shots out but it froze before the first one even finished firing. Yeah basically any build that freezes the game is officially over powered in every sense of the word.

Probably my Lilith run with car battery, Ipepac, Pyromaniac and double shot. I also had 48 hours of energy pill with me when I entered Mega Satan. Poor devil didn't even have enough time to spawn all minibosses

Oh I had my most OP run yesterday. Got dr fetus first floor and after that the bomb upgrade that makes it explode into tears. Triple shot after, that death scythe thing, so everytime I shot three bombs that exploded in scythes that flew everywhere and killed everything. But that was just the beginning. After that I got the bomb upgrade so that they contained stuff, so I could just stand still, shoot, and fully heal myself and get every item practically.

Then the damage increase of bombs... man, it was regretable I only had to kill the one after regular satan so I couldn't see how fast I'd kill mega satan.

Pyromaniac + Kamikaze + Some HP upgrades. That's pretty op but i accidently picked up 9 lives in the dark room floor... and best run turned into a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ retarded run with 1 heart container.

Not necessarily the most OP, but damn do I love seeing how Brimstone interacts with every other tear modifier. You can get some absolutely broken effects real quick
