- Identify the item on the wiki, check its dedicated path to see the item pools it's in, try to "farm" them. Basically, start a run as Isaac, go there, if it's not a missing item use the D6. Still not the item? Restart, do it again. Incredibly tedious for any pool other than treasure and secret.
- Keep restarting as Eden. You'll burn a bunch of tokens, but Eden can start with any item (save a very few exceptions). You'll get them all, eventually.
The only non-luck based method that comes to mind would be Death Certificate, which lets you pick any item you want. Getting that item though either depends on luck (again), or you would have to play as Tainted Cain and make it as many times as you need (one of the very few items with a fixed recipe, 8 bone hearts).
Dad's Note cannot be rerolled with dices like D6, Spindown etc.
This is done to prevent softlocks, but it also makes obtaining certain Repentance items harder.
Better play as Tainted Eden, as his build gets rerolled when he is hit.
Another, more or less consistent way of obtaining remaining items is to break Greed mode.
Start as Isaac (or any other character except Keeper and Bethany). Look for D20 in the Shop. If it's not present, hold R.
After you get D20, find a floor where a battery is sold (preferably with restock too), finish 10 waves without picking up coins.
Hit D20, open chests, pick up nickels, dimes, batteries. Buy battery in the shop and repeat.
When you have enough money, buy all items possible (with certain exceptions like Little Baggy ofc).
You might get items like Spindown Dice, D-Inf. Spawn other items via Judgement card.
Eventually you'll get all the items you're missing.
There are plenty of guides how to break Greed on YouTube. As an example, here's a VOD by thereisnofuture. Language spoken here is Russian, but you should get general strategy. Just noticed you speak Russian, so it's not a problem. Break starts at 34:05

Oh that link you sent I've heard of future, he's a very skilled player
You can get items you haven't picked up yet. E.g. when doing DeadGod% speedruns, future plays TEden last for that specific reason.
