C Section is in the treasure room pool so it's not like it's unusual.
You can come across various strong items in the first treasure room, like 20:20, Cricket's Head, Ipecac and more.

tbh i prefer c section later than in the first tresure room, also hot take i dont like 20:20 in the first tresure room
