The "offing yourself in Sacrifice Room with Missing Poster" method works with Afterbirth DLC and beyond.

If you have only Rebirth, the unlock method is more complicated (but less luck based):
1. Die as Isaac to Mulliboom in Basement / Cellar
2. Die as Maggy to your own bomb in Caves / Catacombs
3. Die as Judas to Mom's Foot
4. Die as Azazel to Satan (not to Fallen or Satan's stomps)

You can use seeds for steps 1-3.

is that really works? cuz i tried it and it didnt work

you need to die to mulliboom as isaac, die to your own bombs in caves as magdalene, die to the mom's foot as judas, die to satan as azazel

and in afterbirth+ and repentance you need to beat the lamb as isaac (to unlock the missing poster trinket), get the trinket and die in a sacrifice room
