Challenge: Issac's Awakening?
Does anyone know how to unlock this one? It is not on my list. :(

According to the wiki it is unlocked by killing Mother for the first time.
Not "Mom", "Mother". Yes, there's is a difference. Mother is the boss of the Corpse floor.

Or to put it another way: this challenge should unlock at the same time as Jacob. If you don't have that character yet, then everything is normal.

Exactly how do I get to THAT? lol

I've only seen Satan and Issac. ( and Mom ten billion times )

Beat Mom's Heart in under 30 minutes and a new passage to a boss will open. Beat that boss three times to unlock a completely new alt path through the entire game. Collect two knife pieces in the new alt path to open the door to Corpse. This I think is too much of a difficulty spike right now.

If you beat Issac five times that path will extend to a new floor with a new boss. If you beat Satan five times the same happens. I would start there.
