Guys, my keyboard doesn't have arrows how do i trhow tears??

i'm not sure if this works on every version, this may be only for repentance, but:
go to documents
open the my games folder
go to the "the binding of isaac repentance" folder
open settings.ini
change "MouseControl" from "0" to "1"

Main menu -> options -> controls -> keyboard
Rebind the shooting commands to whatever you prefer.

oh right, that also exists, i completely forgot. however if you want to use ur mouse then the method i told u should work as well. (although in 90% of situations nazemec's solution is better)
