Mod or something that unlocks all characters immediately?

I spent a ton of time on this game on console and completed every unlock i was skilled enough to complete which included unlocking all the character and decided to get the game on pc to play with mods. Having already unlocked so much on console i just wanted to skip ahead and get things unlocked so i can have fun playing and unlocking modded things. I found a mod to unlock all the items but not one for characters, is there any mods or way to get them unlocked?

AB+ installed.
Kill Mom once on that save (so mods and the console don't prevent unlocks).
Enable any mod in the mod menu.
Open the debug console while in a run.
Type the following commands to unlock each corresponding character:

Magdalene: achievement 1
Cain: achievement 2
Judas: achievement 3
Blue Baby: achievement 32
Eve: achievement 42
Samson: achievement 67
Azazel: achievement 79
Lazarus: achievement 80
Eden: achievement 81 (note: will still require tokens to use)
Lost: achievement 82
Lilith: achievement 199
Keeper: achievement 251
Apollyon: achievement 340
Forgotten: achievement 390


Or, if you want to unlock absolutely everything instantly (items, characters, cards, runes, monsters, floors, and so on), just type:
achievement *

yoooooo thanks, imma go do this asap and hope it works. as i've stated, i have already doing most of the achievements on console and really didn't want to take the time to re do them all on pc

you first have to have it enabled by going into folders, searching options.ini and finding EnableDebugConsole=0 , change the 0 to a 1, when done, use ` or ~ to open up the debug console

Also, Repentance removed the achievement command so this won't really work anymore. You bumped a topic that's four years old.
