Characters show completion marks I never got apparently

Hey all. I noticed today that some of my characters have boss rush and hush completion marks but I never actually did them.

just to clarify, I do not know how long that issue is going on. I genuinely thought I've done them, but for example today I got the unlock with The Lost and The Forgotten for completing the boss rush (when I did it and thought I'm doing it for fun)

Does anyone know a reliable method (mods or commands, etc) to make the game recheck the completions on my save file?

Note on the side: I did run into the completion mark chaos with the first MP beta in December, but I thought I restored them properly and didn't notice anything off.

Next thing I gonna try is Jacob & Esau Boss rush. I remember I grinded that for the Rock Bottom unlock. But haven't seen that item in months, so I suspect it might be locked again (even though the completion mark says otherwise)
