#23 Blue Bomber - unlocks Gold Bomb, which allows you to spam bombs without wasting them. The challenge became very easy in Repentance.
#28 PRIDE DAY! - unlocks D8, a dice that rolls multipliers for your stats. The challenge itself is not very hard - no item rooms.
#29 Onan's Streak - unlocks Kidney Stone, which is alright, it can deal significant damage to bosses. Challenge can be annoying though.
#32 Aprils Fool - Maggy starts with Full Health pill, which makes her less boring. Challenge can be hard because of its "items are not what they look like" and "oops all Bloat" gimmicks.
#33 Pokey Mans - unlocks Charged Key, which is neat. The gimmick of using Pokemon ball can be ignored if you see better active items.
#34 Ultra Hard - the worst challenge by far, all bad aspects of Isaac come together to make it as awful as possible, and the unlock is not even worth it. Still recommend it to do as soon as possible, before Angel pool gets polluted with mid items.
#37 Bloody Mary - very hard, can be failed at later stages unless you get Old Bandage or revival items; unlocks Sigil, which is the best trinket in the entire game.
