The Forgotten unlock(Repetence)

when I defeat boss 1 of the basement and go to the spawn room, place the bomb, it don't give me a shovel. What should I do? (I have just bought repetence and beat mom's heart 2 times).

Beat the heart more times untill u get negative and thus unlock dark room. Then defeat 1st boss in a minute.

Too soon. Far too soon.

To sum it up:

- Kill the Heart 11 times in total to unlock a permanent access to both versions of floor 9 (more convenient).
- When killing the Heart, go into the trapdoor instead of the beam of light (you'll go to Sheol). Beat that floor 5 times to unlock the Negative.
- Once unlocked, the Negative will be dropped by Mom (floor 6). Take it, beat Sheol again, instead of ending the run you'll get to the dark version of floor 10 (Dark Room). Beat that floor.
- Now you can try to unlock the Forgotten. Kill the first boss in less than one minute from the start of the run. If you hear Mom calling Isaac, that's the audio cue that you can get the shovel part. Put a bomb in the starting room.
- Don't leave a room without the shovel part. Never stop moving. Don't skip the Boss Rush (guaranteed to open if you have the shovel piece), find his grave in the Dark Room.

It is one of the hardest characters to unlock and will probably be one of the last ones you do unlock.
