Same problem here. I tried everything: reinstalling after deleting files, changing the .ini ones, turning off Steam Cloud, playing through previous DLC's first... Nothing seems to work. In my case, it's a new file, so I play until Mom to trigger the cutscene and everything I've unlocked... And when I go back to the Page nothing's updated.

PS: I'm playing without mods, I already know that affects the progress until you beat Mom once.

Disable all mods and make sure the debug console is disabled as well.
Check here how to enable the debug console, just put it at 0 instead of 1 to disable it:
https://bindingofisaacrebirth.fandom.com/wiki/Debug_Console
You can enable them again and still unlock things once you've unlocked the Womb (first Mom kill, in-game secret number 4). Before that point, they prevent all progress. This isn't a bug.

List of things that prevent all kind of progress:
- Seeds (except a few special ones)
- Challenges (except for their reward obviously).
- Daily Runs.
- Reruns and Victory Laps (except for a few specific unlocks).
- Any active mod from the mod menu before Mom is killed once on that save (no matter what they do, other saves are irrelevant).
- Enabling the console before Mom is killed once on that save (even if you don't use it).
- Paranoid antivirus programs (or missing rights) preventing the game from creating/editing its save file.

Great automatic answer that I've already read 10 times in the past two days scrolling down the threads. It is set to 0, without mods and still doesn't record anything.

This automatic answer usually does the trick, and you'd be surprised how many people do not search anything before posting. I've learned to assume that over the years.

Sure you edited the one at the correct path? (Refer to the file path mentioned on the wiki. Don't trust shortcuts, go there manually if you have to.)

Yep, I've been doing runs in all 3 Save Files, making sure EnableDebugConsole, EnableMods, and even SteamCloud (since it doesn't sync anyways) are set to 0.

The only strange thing I've noticed is that I have several different .data files in the folder, still no progress is shown.
