Real Platinum God, file 3 save question

So, I played BoI for a long time before afterbirth, got up to Golden God (was never able to beat mega satan), and then I bought afterbirth. After which my third file save now says "Real Platinum God" and shows a drawing of the angel statue.

What does this mean exactly? I've never played on anything other than file save 1. I loaded up the third save and nothing's unlocked on it, so I'm very confused by this.

Well, I've never beaten Mega Satan or any of the bosses after him if there are any. And it's on my 3rd save file, one I've never ever used, so I don't think that's the case. :p

is this a bug? just bought afterbirth today and the was the save file and i got a lot of achievements

You get the achievements for beating Mega Satan, Boss Rush and such that weren't there before.
