how to fight angles
just found a angel room and i dont know how to fight him to get the key piece

To fight angles, simply stand in a corner and punch it until it bleeds.

Fighting the Angels for the key pieces requires beating the Blue Baby or the Lamb for the first time. Once you do that, the next time you get an Angel Room, bomb the statue and you will fight an Angel. You'll want to get used to fighting them because you will have to fight them again (along with a good number of other bosses) in the battle opened up by the key in the Chest or the Dark Room.

You have to defeat either Isaac or Satan to unlock "Polaroid" or "Negative", respectively. After either of them is unlocked, you can pick them up after the Mom fight. Then, when in possesion of of Polaroid/Negative, touching the ending chest from Isaac or Satan will let you continue to the final floors. Important: Polaroid works only with Isaac's final chest, Negative works only with Satan's.

You are supposed to beat him as a final boss on The Chest floor, not unlock him as a playable character.
And when you beat ??? or The Lamb, you will get "Angels" achievement (the icon is upside down Crack the Sky with blood on it)

also noteworthy to mention that if you collect key piece 1 and key piece 2 and go to the chest with them you might be able to fight a secret final boss
