moms knife or death's touch

i was just playing a normal run and i found the death's touch and moms knife in same devil room which do i take?

Depends on whichever you prefer. moms knife does awesome damage but im not the biggest fan of that item, whereas i love deaths touch so it would be an easy choice for me

Death's Touch is better against normal enemies, Mom's Knife is better against bosses.

If you can't ---> Mom's Knife, since it's easely the third (second, without Afterbirth) most powerful single item in the entire game and picking it up = you win, gg, wp.

I can only think of very, very few and rare situations, where it might not be a good idea to take.
