HELP PLEASE! i beat mom's heart 3 times. but how will i defeat ''isaac vs isaac'' and other things.

i have rebirth, i thought it was afterbirth only but then i realized its not.i also unlocked all characters exept judas, ''???'' and lost....i will be very happy if someone tells me what to do after mom's heart,i know its not final boss, SO PLEASE COMMENT

For real, beat Mom's Heart 11 times to unlock the next 2 floors, then beat each of those floors 5 times each. That will unlock all the remaining floors and their respective bosses.

After you kill Mom's Heart 10 times, it becomes permantely replaced by 'It Lives', a fusion between a heart and a fetus that's more powerful than Mom's Heart. After killing it, you now get the choice of going to the Cathedral or Sheol.

The Cathedral is a church-themed level where most enemies are bosses from previous levels. The boss here is Isaac, and after killing him 5 times you unlock 'The Polaroid', an item that's basically the same thing as Virgo and Book of Shadows.

Sheol is a hell-themed level that's the same as the Cathedral except there's a wider variety of enemies here not seen in the Cathedral. The boss here is Satan, and after killing him 5 times, you unlock 'The Negative', an item that deals damage to all enemies in the room when you get hit.

Both items will be available at the end of the Mom boss battle in the Depths, however you can only pick one. After picking one, making your way past It Lives, and getting the option to the Cathedral or Sheol, you can pick the route corresponding to the item to access yet ANOTHER two floors, each with their own bosses.

Picking up the Polaroid and finishing the Cathedral will take you to the Chest, while picking up the Negative and finishing Sheol will take you to the Dark Room.
