Here's a small program that allows to unlock Dedication and Marathon achievements.
The original fork was built for Afterbirth Plus. I edited a few lines of code to make it work with Repentance, and last time I checked it worked fine.

open up the console, type help and use suggested commands to give yourself the achievement, or use cheat engine and the money machine directly. im sure your familiar with it

The "achievement" command was removed in Repentance.

"Money machine"? Dedication is related to Daily Challenges, how are the Donation machine and/or Greed machine supposed to help?
