Achievements glitched?

Suddenly lost all my achievements besides the ones i unlocked that day. i found a thread about how the game can bug/become corrupted on steam and i just need to open the "secrets" menu in issac to fix it. It works! They all started popping again.

Well, now theyve all popped at the same time and it looks bad on my profile. Does anyone know what caused it to wipe them in the first place? Its only around 48 but still. This sucks. I use mods like the pog mod but i doubt this caused it. It was bizarre
