Isaac repentance issue. Idk how to fix this anymore. pls help.

can anyone pls tell me how to fix this? i got the isaac repentance yesterday. the issue is that i have this info on screen: "revelations: you have ab+ version, but the repentance is active. the mod had been disabled as it is incompatible. please install the repentance version of it" and i keep having black and white stripes/shapes on screen.

even when i download the REP version on steam, github from link, deleting mod, putting files from github to that one folder that game keeps downloading or reinstalling game and

nothing works.

but i think its cuz of the file that game keeps downloading this file revelations_1536643474. i readed somewhere that i need to delete this mod file (Idk where but on steam for sure) but game keeps downloading it. i can't find anywhere that issue on the internet.

i don't know what to do i just wanted to enjoy new dlc i bought. pls anyone help :c

maybe if you try turning off the steam cloud, deleting the file and running the game it'll work!
