Yeah this is totally not normal for P2P game like this, if you have played more than two games in your life you’ll know that it’s not ok
We need rollback netcode, and a setting to dictate input delay parameters. Otherwise it's hopeless especially when you don't have a WiFi vs Ethernet connection choice of filtering for games.
Unless this game is being developed by a literal skeleton crew of 2 people, it really doesn't make sense for updates to be this slow on a game with this much player activity.
