Warning - Beta May Delete Data

Just wanted to let everyone know the beta deleted my data. I was able to recover it with the help of a trusted friend but it would have been way over my head. Not an intuitive process.If your not tech savvy maybe avoid this beta till this is fixed. :)

Are people really going to the menus, finding the beta opt-in tab, looking for the code, typing in the code then downloading the beta and still somehow not reading about the BACKUP YOUR SAVES message the devs also stated?

I just find it interesting that everytime somebody tries to warn somebody about what will happen if they're not precatious, there's somebody like you hating on them for no good reason. Why ask stupid rhetorical questions just to hate?

I'm annoyed by people failing to READ, then ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and moaning about how their saves are broke/gone. Most of these go on to complain about how the devs are trash, its "not intuitive" as OP did, or just plain being idiots.

Have to agree on Honorable_D here, if you are unable to read CLEAR AS DAY instructions and warnings then hey maybe you should consider talking to a psych doctor cause i don't believe for a second that you can go to work like this and not be fired XD

I didn't fail to read the clear warning, its more a precaution on how tricky it can be to get your save file back. I'm not whining about the devs either the game is really fun, and I know people wanted better multiplayer so obviously this beta is a good thing. Im not tech savvy and without my buddy I wouldn't been able to get my save file back even with the back up. Thanks :) @chewywaffle

Its also possible to just avoid commenting on something if it annoys you and doesn't apply to your situation.......

my friend gave me the code and theres an accept and deny when you get in, I didnt know to backup so when I read that it could corrupt my data I pressed deny to go back and I still lost everything
