If you use tab to disable your mods, it doesn't work. The game still loads them in a way.

Instead of using tab make sure you load up the game with all of your mods enabled, make sure they are and then individually disable each one using enter.
Do not use tab.
After disabling all of your mods this way, restart the game.

I did that, and it doesn't work, now shows a message like "Due to te state of the mods, co-op mode can't be access" or something like that

Going to game folder
Going to data and remove all. in mods folder remove all too

I had to uninstall all mods and the restart steam to stop getting the "Due to te state of the mods, co-op mode can't be access" message

make sure you disabled debug console as well if you havent (C:\Users\%username%\Documents\My Games, isaac folder, options.ini and set EnableDebugConsole option to 0)

yes. i did disabled the consloe but i still can't play same thing "due to the state of the mods, co-op mode can't be access."

what i had to do to get the beta to work was:
- uninstall beta
- launch normal isaac (it will update after uninstalling the beta)
- disable mods individually turning each one off. PRESSING TAB DOES NOT WORK.
- redownload isaac beta (same process, just opt in again)
- try to launch/play again.

if you're still having problems, try unsubbing from all your mods, and repeat the steps above. i had to get the screen on normal isaac that said "uninstalling (insert mod)" for the beta to work.
