Online Beta Issues Fixes Thread

Hey, guys! I decided to make this thread after seeing the various issues people had with the Online Beta. Here are some of the fixes I've found! (as of December 1st) If you have a fix, let me know in the replies! Note that I am NOT affiliated with Nicalis, and you should still report any major issues to them. I'm just a member of the community trying to help other players out.
Save Data Issues
Some users experienced a complete wipe of any completion marks. Fear not, as the fix is obscure, but relatively simple! You can find a guide here:

Title Screen Crash
Starting with any sort of mods enabled will crash the game instantly. Either unsubscribe to all mods, or disable them one by one in the mod menu of the base game.
Make sure you also delete the resource-3 folders in the main game's directory. This has been known to cause crashes for some users (thanks to ProjectTZ for submitting this!).
EDIT: The developers are now alerted of these issues. A fix is yet to be seen.
Disable Mods Error
Not only do you have to disable all mods, you have to disable each one by one. If you have lots of mods, this can be tedious, but it will fix the issue.

Unplug all USB devices one by one and plug in your controller again (Submitted by Aeide)

i disabled all my mods, and it still doesnt let me :(

every mod is deleted off my system. i still crash on intro :(

EDIT haha: DELETE EVERYTHING dont uninstall delete every file and verify game cache IT WORK FOR ME

Make sure Steam isn't redownloading the mod by itself (Steam likes to do that sometimes). You may have to unsubscribe to the mod.

So you greyed out all mods and made sure the enable mods tab was disabled? Making sure.

i deleted the Mods folder (it was empty) and now it lets me, maybe it was the enable mods tab thing, i pressed it too, ty for the help!

What I ended up doing was just backing up my save & mod data, uninstalling the game, renaming the folder with stuff still left in it incase anything left was important, and then reinstalling the game fresh.

what is with koalageddon support? when i recieved access to beta version, but all it does - drags you to Rebirth without DLC (maybe bc i didn't buy one)

You need The Binding of Isaac Repentance for the beta.

The game kept crashing on title screen until I unsubscribed from all mods and deleted all folders at following location:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\250900

The game freezes after the intro, but i can still hear the music, and it says unrecognized gamepad all the time but its broken (unrecognized_gamepad_header and unrecognized_gamepad_message) i disabled all the mods
