2 incompatible mods = no isaac???

i started a run with 2 incompatible mods and the game keeps crashing on startup even if i delete the mods, is there a solution or am i screwed?

If it happened after you started your run and reinstalling doesn't fix it, I imagine it's the save file of the run itself that's crashing the game once it tries to register it. Save data is typically preserved when normally reinstalling Steam games.

You can try going to Steam\userdata\[SteamID3 number]\250900\remote and moving the most recent file that mentions "gamestate" out of the folder, as that should be the file for your current saved run, and see if that fixes it. Back up your files etc etc and all first, of course.
