Ultra Gluttony shoudl be able to shoot in an x as well as in a + with only a mild indication visually for difficulty.
Ultra Wrath should have tear bombs and pyro, but whether or not he has homing is still up for grabs. (I say no, but should be programed to know to heal itself with its bombs)
Ultra Lust should be able to fly IMO...
Ultra Sloth should be sluggish but a tank but not to the extent of hush (scales via floor)
I believe also with these upgrades ultra sins should not be present in the basement, cellar, or burning basement...
Ultra Envy: Leaves a trail of creep as its segments float around the room, a sudden speed increase when a segment comes close to Isaac, and have segments occasionally change direction altogether without bouncing off a wall.
Ultra Gluttony: Fires its brimstone lasers in four directions, either straight horizontally or diagonally with a slight telegraph like Gabriel, and its normal blood shots now split apart upon contact with the ground or the wall. It will also recover a bit of health whenever Isaac takes damage during the fight.
Ultra Wrath: Has the Epic Fetus-Mysterious Liquid synergy and will frequently use it against you, the missiles leaving a large puddle of creep upon landing. The boss itself will constantly run around, only stopping for a brief moment to launch a new missile, and will make an effort to avoid getting caught in its own blast.
"Ultra Pride": Has a large speed increase, spawns red poop whenever it uses its diagonal beam attack, and one of its summoned (normal) troll bombs is guaranteed to appear directly on top of Isaac. In addition, its shots now have a chance to be homing tears.
Ultra Lust: Seems to have a bottomless supply of Pheremones pills. If it "uses" one, all directional buttons will move Isaac towards the boss, potentially guaranteeing damage. It does telegraph this ability slightly, allowing you to run for cover and wait for the effect to wear off. In addition, it will occasionally summon Boils on top of its trail of creep.
Ultra Sloth: Sits completely immobile in the center of the room, occasionally firing Ipecac shots in a Monstro-like spread. It frequently spawns mulligans, including mullibooms, and has a large health bar to compensate for its inability to move.
