I'm actually really surprised this hasn't been put on discussions yet. Check out bindingofisaac.com 's newest post. We basically know nothing, but, it exist!

What in the... Well, I can honestly say I didn't see this coming. Maybe some sort of Mystery Dungeon type game starring Bumbo? Sounds interesting, especially if they take Isaac's cast of characters and incorporate them into a different genre.
