How do I get the ability to kill angel statues in angel rooms?

Every time I try to blow them up or destroy them it doesn't work, is this a bug or do I need to do something in order to have the ability to blow them up? ( This also happens with the devil statue )

just put a bomb wher there sitting and then you have to fight them

edit: you can only fight the angles, blowin the the devil statues dosnt work)

Beat a level 10 boss once. Then, you'll be able to wake up the angels by bombing them. Names of these bosses : ??? (blue baby, in the Chest) and The Lamb (in the Dark Room).
And as Lucifer wrote it, you can't do a similar thing with Satan's statues.
