Highest and lowest damage

If you have all DLC's and all items unlocked, what is the highest possible damage and the lowest possible damage you can do?

I haven't given much thought to how LOW your damage can go but as far as how HIGH it can go, it can go pretty high I think into the upper 40's. There's a sort of soft cap on damage the higher you go. At 30 to 40 damage there isn't much that won't just straight up die in a second or two to that output unless it has boss armor mechanics.

For the low part I'm not really sure. I've had pretty low damage before but I think there's also a soft cap on that as well. I've personally seen myself go as low as around .20 or so? I think i had soy milk at the time and a bunch of mushrooms that lowered damage.

Lowest possible damage stat is 0.5. Haven't yet encountered any cap for highest possible, though. I've had it in the low 1000's, but seen 5 digit numbers before for other player's runs.

Rate of fire is capped at 120 and the "easiest" way to achieve this, is Rock Bottom+Data Miner (might be a glitch, due to how both interact) so yeah, you can reach a pretty crazy damage output in this game.
