Planetariums. I don't get it.

So i just discovered on wiki about this type of rooms. I have already about 100 runs and pretty sure that I have the achievemnt for them. Now I am in 6th level (Chapter 2.5), skiped all the treasure rooms along the way, and stay in front of another treasure room with 100% chance to spawn planetarium room. I don't get it.

My questions:
1. Does planetarium replace treasure room on the floor if it spwaned?
2. Do i have to have 3 astro items every run if i want to find planetarium?
3. What exactly achievemnt i need to have to make them begin to spawn? Maybe be i missed it after all.

I don't believe planetariums replace treasure rooms
The only requirement to finding a planetarium is to have them unlocked. Then, you can find them in any future runs. Skipping item rooms isn't a requirement, but if you want planetariums you should, as skipping item rooms increases the spawn rate
You need three astrology items in one run to unlock them. That's pretty much it.

planetariums do not replace treasure rooms, they are generated separately
you only need to get 3 astrology items in 1 run for them to appear in every run, you do not have to do this multiple times
the achievement you need is "The Planetarium"

I did not say that. I said you need three in one run to unlock them. Once they are unlocked, they will appear in every run with a 1% chance per floor, with that chance increasing with every treasure room skipped.

Lol same, I played Repentance for a while wondering where the Planetarium was, turned out I had to unlock it first...
