My Shadow crashes game

Whenever I pick up My Shadow, my game crashes and the following lines appear in the crash log file:

[INFO] - Adding collectible 433 (My Shadow) to player 0 (Isaac)
[INFO] - config for entity 3.131 is missing
[INFO] - [warn] no animation named Idle1

Are there any known mods that cause this issue? I have many cosmetic mods enabled and the issue goes away when I disable all mods. Testing mods individually to find the one that makes the game crash will take hours, so I wondered if anyone knows how to solve this issue more easily.

Then don't do it individually.
Disable half of them, then test.
- Still crashes? Then the responsible one is in the "enabled" half, repeat on that one.
- Doesn't crash anymore? The the responsible one is in the "disabled" half, repeat on that one.

Feel free to spawn the item on a pedestal with the following console command (so you don't have to move beyond the spawn room, makes things quicker):
spawn 5.100.433
