tainteds in main menu not appearing

i do not have access to the tainted characters menu, its only press E, right? not happens. i have repenteance but for any reason my game just not have the tainteds menu

Have you unlocked any tainted characters yet? Iirc, the option doesn't appear until you unlock at least one.

are u sure about that? i dont remember how but ive been there (just to see the characters) but now im not possible to see them anymore, just not appear and is this

You have to unlock individual tainted characters by going to the cracked key closet room in the Home Floor. And then you walk into the tainted version of the character you are playing

i know this, im saying that my game dont have the tainted characters page in the main characters selections (changing the normal ones to tainted ones by pressing E on keyboard)

to get that menu u have to have unlocked atleast 1 tainted charachter first
