Best trinket?
What do you think is the best trinket? Imo it's Cancer.

Filigree feather if you've already did the Mega Satan fight.
Sigil over anything.

Which is the best, can depend on the situation. If acquired on an earlier floor, something like Adoption Papers or Pay To Win may win you the game on their own. Crystal Key and Gilded Key can also be amazing. Swallowed Penny and Endless Nameless have gamebreak potential, if you have something, like a D20. At 9 luck, Jawbreaker is basically (slightly more than) triple damage, unless you don't shoot tears anymore (Brimstone, Mom's Knife, etc.).

But in general, i'd say Cracked Dice. Even post-nerf, Cracked Dice gamebreaks are still the easiest to pull off, since all you need is some kind of pick-up generator, like a Blood Donation Machine or the inevitable IV-Bag, which conveniently can also trigger the trinket. Bonus points, if you get Mom's Key or Piggy Bank from the Shop. Played right, it's almost like having The Habit+D6+D20, but combined into trinket.

i'l say that there not really a "best" option. sometime you never know when a niche trash trinket is god tir. but if you ask me i'l say
-cracked crown is the goat.
-wooden cross / Sigil of Baphomet is good on every character (biased do too trauma of T'lost)
-Crystal key. more rooms more loot
-nose goblin / curve horn / cancer and brain worm are all equally good
-perfection. +10 luck... it realy good. but sometime that not what you need
-blue key is a sleeper hit and it very useful early in a run

Wooden Cross straight up saves Lost-B runs (not saying this is the best trinket, just an addendum)

*with the Mantle Rework-mod, maybe. That fixes the broken Holy Card interaction with it. It doesn't normally stack, if you pick up Wooden Cross, while you have an active Holy Card-shield, but if you have no shield and pick up the trinket and then use the card, they stack.

Not sure, i understand the question. Aside from being a game-winning item itself, i guess it will speed up Cracked Dice gamebreaks by a bit or if you also have The Habit, by a lot (requires less self-damage total, to re-roll pickups) on top of being a gamebreak on it's own.
