Only thing is missing from my Dead God is Vanishing Twin! Pls help!!!!!!

So as the title says i've done all the completion marks, challenges and unlocked every item. I even defeated Hush on normal again with Jacob and Esau and did not die at the end of thhe fight. I got the unlock screen anno. Now I tried to use Death Certificate two times (restarted until got it with Eden) searched the rooms and did not find the Vanishing Twins(i even know which room it should be based on this wiki information: The layout of the area is randomly generated, and items will show up in order of lowest ID number to highest (starting at items in the original Flash version and working up to the Repentance items). )
Can someone help about this issue? I use some Mods, but never had any problems unlocking anything, and with the same mods i found the other 721 items.

No clue what could be causing it but Vanishing Twin should appear occasionally.
What mods are you using btw?

Disable your mods then retry the death certificate method.

For the record I got it. Deleted all my mods, and started restarting normal runs with Tainted Isaac only checking cursed rooms.(there are 35 items to show up took like half an our this way).
Wiki says for Vanishing Twin: This item has no effect in Greed Mode and will not normally spawn in this game mode.
I don't know if that means that in Greed mode it doesn't even show up with death certificate and I used up my eden tokens before i could check that disable-ing my mods could be the solution or trying in Greed mode is a waste of effort in the first place.

I have no mods and just tested it, Vanishing Twin did not show up when I used Death Certificate in Greed Mode, then I tried using Death Certificate in a normal run and Vanishing Twin did show up.

So I guess for whatever reason Vanishing Twin is completely disabled for Greed Mode.
