problems with delete this challenge

i'm trying to complete the delete this challenge. the problem is that EVERY item that i can find is the same useless item. what i should do?

'Delete this' is a challenge that gives you items that bounce between turning the game into EZ mode (Such as getting a single charge active that gives you giga isaac or spawning challenge trophy right next to you) or breaks the game entirely (Like spawning beds right in front of the boss doorway). Whenever you try out the challenge, just turn off your tryhard part of your brain and just play for the heck of it and see how chaotic the challenge gets.

yeah, they were kinda useless. i forgot about this issue btw. i did that, probably after a while the bug disappeared

you should disable all of your mods then the bug will disappear
