Health Bar is Missing (No Curses, No Mods)

I recently reinstalled after a long time of not playing, but my health bar was missing and i was unable to move or shoot, at which point I uninstalled all my mods and tried again, which fixed the movement and shooting, but my health is still gone, does anybody have any idea what could be wrong?
