Repentance Mods Not Working

The only mod that works for me is external item descriptions, while every other mod I have doesn't work. Most of the mods that don't work have a bunch of numbers on the end though. I subscribed and downloaded all the mods off of Steam Workshop so Idk what the problem is. https://imgur.com/fz83Ili

The numbers are the id of the mod, but that's not supposed to show up in that menu. As far as I understand it, the game is supposed to read the metadata.xml file and display the name of the mod used there. If there's not a metadata.xml file, then it will generate one and use the name of the folder that it's in. My first inclination is to check the mods in the mod folder. If you manually installed the mods, then you probably didn't do the correct path. My guess is you need to move all those mods up one directory. The mod path should be similar to:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth\mods\TheNameOfTheMod_ABunchOfRandomNumbers\metadata.xml

The files for the mod (ie Resources folder or a lua script) should be in the same place as the metadata.xml file.

i just unsubscribe from all mods dealet game re download game lanch it see if it works, if it dosent delat game folder then re re download it booty it up then it works then close it re-sub too my mods than re boot it up and bill nye the science guy will approve
