Sandbox?

So, i play Binding of Issac allot, and often discover extremely cool items combos or want to try a few items together, but at this current time cannot. Leaving it to random generation makes it more unique and special, but i personally feel a possible sandbox could be awesome. Or custom challenges, as they spawn you with a set of items. Even if they cannot be published or anything, i still would love to experiment items without downloading some dodgy 3rd party software to spawn in items. Does anyone else wanna see some sort of sandbox, or custom items mode implimented into Rebirth/Afterbirth?
