Does anybody know if you can stack the effect of two cancer trinkets?

no, you cant more than one trinket type. i've tried it as i thought the same as you, cancer just gets pushed around like how hearts do when you're at full health.

that is a sad day, as sad as when I found out that you couldn't pick up infinite soul hearts in Rebirth.
