Looking for an elusive 5 items. 1001% help

Im very close to completeing everything in the game, and Im wondering what 5 items im missing from my pool, since the item pool is organized, I'll list the ones I have missing based on position on the stats screen.

1.Between Splunker hat and Gamekid
2. Between gamekid and robobaby
3. To the right of trinity shield on page 2
4.Between Juicy sack and Rotten Baby
5.Between Little Brimestone and Little Haunt

Hopefully this helps some people aswell, as apposed to just me. I'm also willing to help exhcange information for certain items if other people need it, such as how to unlock this or that, or what item they are missing. I hope the best for all of you!

1. The Bandage. In order to get it you need to build Super Bandage Girl
2. The Sack of pennies. Unlocked by beating Isaac with Cain
3. Tech .5. Unlocked by completing Challenge 18, The host
4. Robo-Baby 2.0. Unlocked by beating Challenge 16, Computer Savvy
5. Isaac's Heart. Unlocked by beating Isaac with The Lost

1. That's Super Bandage. You need to unlock it by getting Super Bandage Girl (holding four Balls of Bandages at once). It's a Treasure + Boss Room drop, so it shouldn't be too hard to get once you unlock it.

2. Sack of Pennies. Treasure/Secret Room item, unlocked by beating Isaac (boss) with Cain.

3. Tech .5. Treasure Room item, but Trinity Shield is on page 3, not page two.

4. Robo Baby 2.0. Treasure Room item.

5. Isaac's Heart. Treasure Room item.

How did you not find those items, but everything else?

It is on page 2 if you have Afterbirth. ;-)
