Alt Path Doors not Showing up

I recently go the achievement for unlocking the alternative paths. However, no matter what I do, the door to the downpour will just not show up. I tried running the game with and without mods, I used different characters etc. No matter what I do, the door never shows up. Can anybody help?

Once you have beaten Hush 3 times, you will get the achievement "A Secret Exit." After that, the doors to the alt paths will show up after floor bosses.

If you have beaten Hush 3 times. and have the "A Secret Exit" achievement and it still isn't working, some player have reported that upon beating Hush one more time it will finally unlock
