Using sacrifice room as The Lost

So i finally got relatively good The Lost run (without holy mantle, but with lot of other good items, like dead cat and guppy's collar). So i have been wandering if i should try to reach Mega Satan. However, i got items from devil rooms already, so the only chance for that - other than hopping for Dad's Key - is using sacrifice room. So my question is - will you still get boss fights with angels if you die in sacrifice room as The Lost?

It would be a waste of lives.

Even if you spend enough lives to get both angels, you will re-spawn outside of the room. As the angels do not spawn as a part of the room, they will disappear when you enter back. So no, you cannot get the key from a sacrifice room as The Lost.
