How to download Synergy Lab

I don't know how to get the synergy lab from Ragegamingvideos's series. Help plz? I have looked everywhere for it.

1. enable any mod
2. press ~ for debug console
3. give yourself whatever you want

Works only for Afterbirth+. And according to their achievements, they only have Rebirth. :P
